Insolvency Proceedings course présents the set of mechanisms of French law dedicated to remedy the economic difficulties of companies or persons running economic activities. The course describes at first the mechanisms of prevention, as well as the procedure of c”onciliation” or “mandate ad hoc” allowing to obtain an agreement between the debtor and the creditors. It then describes the proceedings themselves: protection. Finally, are taught the incurred liabilities and sanctions pronounced against the persons that caused such difficulties.
