The aim of the course is to present the fundamental rules of the four freedoms which make up the law of the European internal market and the European policies which complement these four freedoms (economic and monetary policy, political Customs and common commercial policy.
It is a matter of mastering the main texts as well as the main decisions of the ECJ. The course is completed with directed work to acquire a practical approach to the matter through the analysis of practical cases.
