Introduction to Private International Law – General Theory of Conflict of Laws
The course has two main objectives: to introduce private international law to the students and to comprehensively present the general theory of conflict of laws, which constitutes the core of the topic. Students can then complete their knowledge during the second semester with the Private International Law 2 course.
