The aim of this course is to study the adaptation of fundamental rights to new techniques. The advancement of technics, whether digital, scientific, financial or otherwise, raises new questions about the application of fundamental rights. For example, the right to privacy has undergone a real upheaval under the effect of big data. Similarly, the right to access to justice is currently being renewed under the influence of Legaltech.
