The European law factory is characterized by a plurality of instruments and mechanisms that makes it as complex as technical. However, EU normative production can be improved. After grasping the constitutionalization process of the EU, this course focuses on the different factors that may have an influence on the European law (lobbying, soft law, citizens' participation, European agencies...).
