Private law 2 (family law)
couple - marriage - cohabitation/consensual union - pacs - parentage - adoption- medically assisted procreation - surrotage motherhood
Following an initial reminder of family notion and its origins, firstly family law evolution is briefly outlined in a introduction. Afterwards, the developments focus on the study ot the nuclear family (couple and its children) to examine, in the first part (the longest one), under what conditions couples gather, and the effects deriving from this formation (whether couples are married or not), but also under what conditions couples can be dissolved and the effects linked to such a dissolution. The second part deals with the study of parentage : rules applicable to filiation through procreation are explored first, whether this procreation is natural or medically assisted ; then conditions and questions of parentage are analyzed ; the final step concerns filiation without procreation, through adoption.
