The course is divided into two parts : the first one deals with persons identification ; before discussing the different elements of such an identification, whether it is an individual or a legal entity, a first chapter is dedicated to the conditions for granting legal personality. The second part firstly covers protective measures about physical and moral integrity of perso
ns in general, then deals with more specific means of protection regarding minors on the one hand, and incompetent adults on the other hand.
