The aim of this course is to train students in European Union litigation with a first section dedicated to the architecture of the European court system (competent national or european courts). In a second section, teaching focuses on all the remedies (actions for failure to fulfil obligations, actions for failure to act, actions for annulment, application for compensation, and references for a preliminary ruling). For each one, the legal basis, the parties, the procedure, the effects and the competent court will be examined. In connection with ongoing European news, this lesson will allow students to achieve theoretical and working knowledge, that can be used during work or academic situations.
